Please be aware that our charges are not included in the hospital bill. When patients receive treatment at hospitals, it is customary to receive a bill for services from the hospital and separate bills from doctors that also provide treatment such as laboratory, anesthesia and radiology.
As a patient who receives services from our physicians, you and/or your insurance company will be presented with a bill separate and apart from any others that may be sent by the other entities involved with your care. Most insurance companies satisfy patient bills within 30-60 days. If your bill/statement does not appear to reflect an expected insurance payment, please contact your insurance company as soon as possible to verify your information or you may become liable.
Online patients can update insurance, update address, make a payment, set up a payment plan, print a statement or chat with a live agent. Business hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Eastern time.
